Great Things Children Have Said

When I was dressed up as a fairy:

"Look, it's the Tooth Fairy!"

"Where do you live?  In the trees?"

"Can you really fly?  Hey guys, let's watch her fly home."

When spraying orange dye on a little girl's hair:

"I want orange har, just like yours." (I am a redhead)

When I was dressed up as Mrs. Darbus of the High School Musical trilogy:

"Mrs. Darbus?  Are going to make a third High School Musical?" (this was before the 3rd one was released)

"What's your favorite thing about being in High School Musical?"

"Bye Mrs. Darbus!  If you see Gabriella, tell her to send me an autograph."

One mother told me that all of the girls went to school telling their friends that the real Mrs. Darbus had been at the birthday party.

When dressed as Cinderella:

"Bye, Cindawelwa!"  Said by a 2 year old girl

When making balloon animals (something I am still working on):

"I want a snake!"

A snake would have to be the easiest thing to make from twisty balloons

"I want an elephant!"

This one has to be one of the hardest things to make and I had to say that I couldn't make an elephant.

I said, "I can make you an elephant that looks just like a dog."

Painting faces:

"I'm gonna be a tiger.  When I'm done, I'm gonna get you!"

"I wanna be half sabertooth tiger and half King Kong."

While at the ARL today:

When I was running a party at the ARL today, twin girls said they had gotten a kitten at the other ARL (West) and had named him Cole.

Their mother was there and said, "They wanted to bring Cole here today to play with his friends."

At the ARL:

"This guinea pig looks like a rockstar.  Where are her eyes?" Said about a long haired guinea pig (Abyssinian) named Juicey.
